Delivery

We offer fast, trackable delivery within Australia via Express Post Services. You can also select to insure your delivery for a fee.

We will send your parcel to you via Australia Post- so be on the look out for your friendly postie who will usually be able to deliver it directly to your door. If you are not at home at the time, they will leave a reminder in your letterbox, so please sort through your junk mail carefully over the next few days.

International deliveries will be sent by mail, courier, or armored courier dependant on value and customer wishes. Insurance can be taken out where applicable

Late or Missing Orders

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable amount of time (2-3 days for WA or 5 days for the Eastern States, international can take longer) please check with your local Post Office to see if they have your parcel there, waiting for you to collect it.

Returns Policy

Should you receive any product with a manufacturing fault or for any other reason need to return a purchased product to us, please call on 08 9458 9650 or email us at sales at naturalgoldnuggets dot com dot au Normally requests for returns will only be accepted within 10 days from the date of purchase. . Natural gold nuggets and jewellery may charge a reasonable fee should you return any goods for credit or exchange which have been damaged while in your care. Generally credits/refunds are limited to the cost of the goods excluding freight charges.

Any disputes shall be judged under the laws of the State of Western Australia.
